The staff seemed happy in their work.
I booked a room in the main building well in advance, but upon arrival, I was assigned a room in the St Pierre Village. It was as far away from the main building as possible. There was no balcony, contrary to what I was told.

Breakfast offered a huge selection. I really appreciated the variety. The staff was attentive and helpful. The spa provided an excellent way to unwind, I enjoyed spending a few hours there. The Terrace restaurant served a lovely lunch. The food and service impressed me.
I did notice the coffee pots could use a better choice of coffee.

excellent facilitiescomfortable bedcute area
the hotel offered excellent facilities. i found the spa and fitness rooms very good. the cute reception areas created a positive first impression for me. good quality tea and coffee supplies were available in my room. the bed was very comfortable and helped me rest well.
the toilet made a slight trickling noise during the night, a little bothersome.

The staff attitude met expectations. They was indeed helpful.
the room they gave me. it was a real letdown. the furniture looked as if it survived a war, with stains and all. i suspects they use it to punish the guests.

the terrace was really lovely, i spent ages there. the pool area? so great! the reception staff were also very cute i felt so relaxed!
The toilet was making this weird trickling noise all night. It was kinda annoying. the radiator was noisy all the time it was like i was in a factory! i thought it could be fixed.
